Shan Haider is an associate at Perkins Coie and is part of the firm's Business practice. He has developed significant bankruptcy experience through representing a variety of clients, including creditors, debtors, directors, distress debt investors, equity holders, indenture trustees, official committees of unsecured creditors and trustees.
