The New York State Attorney General’s Office is seeking first-year and second-year law students for its 2010 Summer Law Internship Program. Summer interns assist attorneys with research assignments, investigations, document review, trial preparation and other special projects.
Applicants must be in the top 20% of their law school class. The Summer Law Internship Program generally runs for 8 - 10 weeks between June and August. Interns commit to work full-time for the entire duration of the program. These positions are either volunteer, externship for course credit, funded by a public service grant obtained by the student, or work study funded by their school.
