PALS Mentors provide support and advice on how to handle the unique challenges confronting minority law students during law school and early career development. One of the many benefits of the PALS mentor program is its flexibility. Once matched, mentors and mentees tailor the mentoring relationship to their individual needs and interests.  We welcome New York City area attorneys to sign up as a mentor below:
