The Committee on Minorities in the Profession is hosting a discussion targeted towards lawyers of color that will provide them resources, advice and guidance on how to better manage their careers while facing the challenges presented by the current economic landscape.  This program will provide attendees an opportunity to hear from a panel of experts about useful tools and strategies to succeed during these turbulent times.  The program will also offer break-out sessions to stimulate smaller group conversations with "advisor-volunteers"-attorneys providing guidance in specific practice areas/industries.
