The Pipeline Program at the National People of Color Legal Scholarship Conference is an opportunity to learn the inside information necessary to join the legal academic community!
All interested parties are invited to attend an intensive four-hour program featuring panel discussions about entering law school teaching as a person of color.
- How to Gain a Position: Self-marketing, CVs, Callbacks, Job Talks
- Placement: The “Meet Market,” FAR forms and Interviewing Advice
- Entrée Strategies: Fellowships, Clerkships, Visiting Assistant Professorships
- Writing for the Academy: Turning law school papers into articles, research agendas
- Advice for Late Bloomers: Entering the academic market later in your career
All parties interested in attending this event should register while space is available. Registration fee is $20. Lunch will be provided.
